About this poster
I know this isn’t as colourful as your typical concert poster, but I wanted to try something a bit different. I love ‘60s and ‘70s split fountain posters and wanted to create something that paid tribute to them in my own way. The dark purple to rust gradient is meant to emphasize the transition from the night sky to moonlight on the cracked, red desert ground. I wanted to stay true to my usual style by keeping the colours minimal so the details remain the main focus of the art. If you’ve been around for a while, you might notice the hidden details and references to older art of mine.
