About this poster
When I was sketching ideas for a poster for Dirty Heads I thought of a boy lost in a dream or daydream. I saw him going on an adventure and since a dream is not bound by reality I wanted to see what could be without any limitations. It began by drawing things that can't exist and landed on these goldfish. The fish aren’t beneath the water but swimming through the air and the boy is captivated to see them in their larger than life form. I hoped to make him appear to be in a state of wonder or maybe even surprise.
